Description - Develop and follow-up client accounts
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing client accounts
- Generation of sales leads and new business opportunities
- Hold professional sales presentations indoors and on-site
- Routinely check requests coming through our website
- Address such requests in an informative and timely manner and follow-up with potential leads
- Follow-up with partner developers and stay updated on their new launches and latest news
- Introduce potential clients to concerned developers and follow-up deal progress
Qualifications - Sales, business background - Previous hands-on sales experience is a big plus - Interested in new media technologies in the real estate field, with willingness to learn, promote and engage in new ideas - Soft skills including Positive can do attitude. - Organized, disciplined and self motivated - Well presented and a team player - Good communicator, with selling skills - Perfect command of English language, proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Years of experience: 1-3 years in sales/account management ideally in the real estate field.
