Description Essential Roles and Responsibilities (Not limited to):
-Provide visitors with reliable information regarding products.
-Maintain product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to visitors.
-To handle the flow of customers and visitors through the showroom and ensures that all responsibilities are completed accurately, professionally and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
-Provide visitors feedback and/or any suggestions.
-To assist with in visitors registration when required.
-Create databases with customers information
-Monitor visitor access and maintain safety awareness
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education and/or Experience: -Bachelor degree -2 years of previous sales /customer service experience -Microsoft Office literacy Profile: -Strong Interpersonal communication skills. -Attentive to details -Optimistic, friendly and service oriented -A flexible attitude Language Skills: -Very good ability to communicate in Arabic and English language; verbal and written communication.
