Description -- Office clerical work, including reports and emails.
 - Preparing for meetings and events related to the Executive President Office.
 - Frequent contact with faculty, Zewail city and University of Science and Technology staff and Research centers.
 - Prepare official letters.
 - Keeping Track of Research Outcome:
 a. All journal publications with the impact factor and the normalized impact factor.
 b. All conference publications.
 c. Patents.
 d. Books, Book Chapter.
 e. Secured funds.
 f. Proposals submitted for funding agencies (not yet granted).
 - Keeping Track of all Space Occupations:
 a. Ensure that all locations are occupied according to the space occupation plan.
 b. Plan for space needed for any function (Faculty, new labs, new research centers, etc).
 - Organize and coordinate all travel arrangements for faculty, staff and researchers if requested. This includes booking tickets and hotel reservations.
 - Handling the office central services, which includes the office confidential documents, external affairs and the office petty cash.
 - Follow up on maintenance of all office equipment.
 - Maintain stock of office supplies, stationary and office equipment maintenance.
 - Prepare the office purchasing requisitions.
 - Calendar of the executive President
 - In and Out mail
 - Contacts of the Executive President

Qualifications - University degree - Good English, Written and spoken - Communication/ Interpersonal skills - Computer skills, word processing, Internet.
