Description Handle purchasing process
- Receive purchase requisition, get quotations, negotiate prices, develop purchase order
- Follow up shipping process till receiving shipments in factory
- Deal with custom duties and handle custom clearance process with forwarder
- Use SAP system in ordering and developing suppliers codes
- Follow up with banks the release of shipping documents i.g. form 4,�etc.
- Finalize suppliers payments and follow up with finance department till releasing the payments to suppliers.
Qualifications B.Sc. degree SAP proficiency MS Office Excellent

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills 2-3 years experience in import / foreign purchasing in industry, preferable packaging / B2B - Excellent English language speaking, writing and reading. -MS Office applications proficiency -SAP ERP system good knowledge -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Organized and detailed -Strong follow up skill
