Description - Assisting in recruitment - this includes developing job Profiles in accordance with the concerned department , preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Screening applicants Resumes, Building and maintaining a reliable Candidates data base to facilitate and ensure fulfilling company recruitment needs.
- Maintaining the Performance Management System to get its analysis quarterly.
- Assisting in various human Resources Projects (Manpower Planning - succession planning).
- Issuing reports for turnover rates, hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Acting as an intermediary between HR department and other company departments.
- Implementing the whole HR functions related to foreign experts. Within SGC premises
- Maintaining an updated organization structure, relevant job profiles and performance management forms.
- Conducting orientation for new employees about organization history, policy and procedures.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - University degree in English Alsun or English Commerce or English Arts. - Excellent command of both written and spoken English language. - Very good organization and ability to work under pressure and deadlines. - Very good interviewing skills. - Ability to verbally communicate effectively with others - Ability to work without close supervision - Strong interpersonal skills -Organized and ability to prioritize tasks. -Good computer skills (specially MS. Office package)
