Description - Making materials analysis according customers specification
- Checking the stock materials before purchase the new orders received
- Raise Purchase orders from system ensuring timely placement and delivery of components in line
- With production planning requirement
- Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to suit production planning requirement
- Calculating Bill of Materials according to specification Received from Customer
- Release Materials to the Production according to Bill of Materials needs
- Follow up with purchasing department for in stock date for each item
- Follow up with Logistic team will receive materials on time
- Confirming the delivery date to sales department after review the material situation for the orders
- Sent to the production planning the orders according to raw material situation
- Trouble shooting on production situations
- Make sure the orders delivered on time
- Candidate may perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications - 1-5 years experience - Negotiation and analytical skills - Ability to be assertive to achieve goals - V. good computer skills specially Microsoft Office Package - Ability to work without close supervision - Competent IT Skills in Microsoft Office - Strong interpersonal skills - Bachelor degree at any relevant
