Description -delivery planning, preparing delivery reports, monitoring service providers performance, reviewing transportation agreement
-support logistics team with the identification and recording of items to be included in the company assets register
-work effectively as a team member with in logistics department, coordinating with logistics specialist in shipment tracking and tracing , follow up and notifying team and logistics head with any potential issue such as late arrival , shortage and demurrage.
-this position will cross train and act as logistics planner , logistics operation specialist, and scheduler, backup for a logistics team as needed and provide support.
-liaison with suppliers, sub-contractors and marine personnel with respect to the supply materials and deliveries
-monitoring of shipment delivery date.
Qualifications -degree of supply chain, logistics, international commerce or any relevant role -perfect command of English -1-2 years of experience of high level of knowledge and understanding of marine /technical logistics planned and related logistics management -knowledge of relevant international customs regulations and routines for shipping of general and refer cargo on the world wide biases -sound knowledge of Air, Sea and Land transport, INCOTERMS 2000
