Description 1. Provide direction and guidance to the management team and employees on QHSE issues within the workplace.
2. Maintain and regularly review all related documentation in line with legal requirements,
3. Issue updates and ensure documentation is easily available to all personnel
4. Provide training as and when required. instilling safety awareness to employees
5. Devise the companys QHSE plan and ensure its implementation.
6. Conducting safety assessments of all areas to determine quality and effectiveness of the QHSE management systems.
7. Supervising incident investigations and preparation of reports.
8. Make all the require inspections and audits across all the sites.
9. Conduct all the needed procedures and review it periodically.
Qualifications 1. Diploma in the field NEBOSH, ISO 9001, OSHA construction. Engineers and others. 2. Shall be familiar with the environmental requirements including preparation and supervision of waste management plan. 3. Shall be familiar with quality management, preparation and execution on all relevant procedures.

Other Skills - Good in quality ISO9001 55% - Good in Environment audits 10 % - Good in health and safety 15% - Good in the contractor management systems. 20% The needed employee will attend 80% covering the sites and 20% head office.
