Description - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying).
 - Manage meetings agenda and responsible for meeting rooms calendar.
 -Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
 -Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements for the employees such as ticketing, accommodation, etc...
 -Maintain office supplies.
 -Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
 -Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
 -To maintain all administrative tasks.

Qualifications -Holder of Bachelor Degree. -Very good communication skills. -Organizational skills are required. -Minimum 3 years of related experience. - Good research skills and attention to detail. -Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
