Description 1. Answering switch calls (internal and external) and diverting them to the concerned employee/department.
2. Repairing internal phone lines and assist the respective engineer in assembling wires.
3. Make outgoing calls when requested.
4. Provide support on extension lines and numbers data to requesting employees.
5. Taking messages on a notepad for non-available employees and then cascading the message to the employee once available
