Description The Training Logistics Officer will be responsible for the below tasks:
 - Manage the MESR training team in successfully implementing the training schedule set forth by both component objectives, in conjunction with the Institutional Capacity Building Managers.
 - Manage the training schedule for the MESR project and ensure that training and other planned events do not conflict with other scheduled project deliverables or activities
 - Work with Institutional Development/Capacity Building team to design, prepare materials for, and successfully implement all training activities.
 - Coordinate with technical specialists to develop capacity building and training curriculum based on conducted needs assessments and current MESR activities
 - Work with Procurement and Communications team for training materials, training outreach activities, and event planning.
 - Maintain clear and organized communication with the Director of Operations and Operations Specialist to provide uninterrupted and technically timely training as dictated by the contract deliverables schedule
 - Assist with the monitoring of progress and impact assessment of training and technical assistance programs
 - Responsible for entering training events into the USAIDs TRAINET System
 - Supervise the training logistics specialist
 - Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations

Qualifications Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of relevant experience and progressive responsibility in office administration - Minimum 2 years experience working in event planning or training for USAID funded projects preferred. - Accuracy in working with large amounts of data - Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive demands & inquiries - Proficiency using Microsoft office suite, and other relevant software - Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills as well as exceptional customer relations - Provides sound business judgment and contractual oversight - Excellent communications skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization and of different backgrounds - Extremely well organized and self-directed individual

Compensations Salary in accordance with USAID local compensation plan.
