Summary:
The U.S. Mission in CAIRO/EGYPT is
seeking eligible and qualified applicants for position of Admin Clerk. The work
schedule for this position is: Full Time 40 hrs. Per week.

Duties
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
Serves as Admin Clerk to the Land
Forces Branch Chief/performing a wide range of management, administrative and
secretarial duties in an office, which serves over 100military and civilian
members. Admin Clerk serves in an office whose responsibilities include the
tracking of 600 contractors, 250 security assistance cases, and maintaining
relationships with the Egyptian military.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
Three years of
secretarial/administrative experience, including at least one year in a U.S.
Government organization; prior computer word processing experience; and prior
customer service experience are required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: thorough knowledge of standard office procedures, correspondence
practices and filing systems.
Education Requirements:
Completion of B.A. degree in
languages, Arts, Management, Business Administration, or related
field is
required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluent)
spoken and written English and Arabic ability is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Good judgment, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently are
required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) is required.

Qualifications:
All applicants under consideration
