Description Perform the posting of commercial entities that are either residential, aircraft charter or yacht charter.
 After positing the Staff Accountant will review, analyze and confirm the ending balances in all accounts for financial control .
 Perform Intercompany reconciliations with other related entities.
 Monitor and manage agreements, like lease, service contracts and insurance
 Financial statements standalone and consolidated are prepared on a monthly or quarterly basis.
 There will be related duties of dealing with vendors, banks, and service contractors for operations related to the entities.
 Other duties are prepare bank account applications, budgets, budget vs actual reports, and cash projections.
 There are other administrative and office duties as assigned. One of these will be handling the cash fund

Qualifications 4 year Accounting or Business degree Common sense and good communication skills above all else 2-4 years experience in leger compilation and account analysis 2-3 years exposure in commercial business preference to experience in Audit firm preference for international corporate experience Good Excel experience & skills Good Ledger software experience availability to work weekends and evenings if required
