Description Plans and manages the activities of the Engineering Operations Department. Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the level established my management for the position.
Develops Engineering Operations Capex/Revex budget proposals. Supervises and participates in site surveys, prepares conceptual design for and discussion of planned projects, prepares preliminary budget estimates and expenditure phasing. Advises final budget estimates to Finance.
Manages the development of maintenance plans for maintenance work on oil storage tanks, pipelines and civil structures / building at Retails Outlets. Ensures that all works are carried out meeting specified quality standards in a safe manner by the appointed contractor with no cost or time over runs.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Engineering - Mechanical or Civil Engineering. 15 years engineering / maintenance in the retail oil sector / Including at least 5 years project management experience.
