Description - reception of clients and take the data and maintenance work required.
- check the car and principled leadership to do to make sure of the damage and the complaint.
- open the card maintenance work and identify the proposed actions taken with the consent of the client.
- Follow-up with Maintenance Control to find out the volume of maintenance work and the extent of achievement.
- the link between customers and the maintenance department.
- estimating the cost of wages and of spare parts required.
- delivery of the vehicle to the customer after confirmation of payment of the amounts due on them.
- Coordinate with clients in the case of other reforms and set a date the end of the maintenance work.
- Follow-up service after maintenance and communication to customers.
- processing monthly maintenance reports for all types of maintenance.
- Follow-up to issuing guarantees for all cars sold in all branches.
- Control of maintenance and exchange of spare parts for cars under warranty.
- monthly reports on the work of the total vehicles under warranty and the total cost of maintenance and spare parts issued for cars under warranty.
- received orders to equip cars.
- overseeing the processing workers and cleaning cars.
- Follow-up processing of the vehicle according to the specifications set forth by the institution.
Qualifications Ability to work in the following governates; Beni Suef and Hurghada. Minimum of 3 years Service centers experience REQUIRED Technical capacity to understand the maintenance work. Establish good relations with others. Personal leadership is able to take responsibility. Good computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment.
