Description 1. Develop, and support the creation of reports and visualizations that address business needs in accurate and timely manner.
 2. Responsible for the audit of the accuracy of the sales being reported and create metrics to measure productivity and efficiencies.
 3. Maintain catalog of reports, templates, and other reusable knowledge assets.
 4. Discuss and propose reporting or information needs with sales management, and business partners in various departments.
 5. Assist with ensuring the quality and integrity of the database by eliminating duplicate records, completing updates, adding new records, and maintaining back-end records.
 6. Ensure internal policies and sales procedures are adhered to by the team.
 7. Develop processes to deal with Ad-Hoc projects and recurrent sales incidents.
 8. Coordinate needs for sales training, and keeps records of training and those who participated.
 9. Track trade incentive programs and goals to increase sales performance.
 10. Assist with special projects within department or as part of a cross-functional team�

Qualifications BSc. Holder in Art / Engineering / Commerce university At least 2 years experience in FMCG sales, processes establishment, and team leading Good Command in spoken & written English & Arabic is a must High-level analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment Ability to coordinate between the sales Team and the IT Department to amend/create sales analytical reports High frequency of domestic travel
