Description - To proactively develop an entrepreneurship ecosystem within the park through initiatives, programmes and events that involves the BUE, industry and relevant stakeholders
- To develop and support the park incubation and acceleration programmes to attract the best talented entrepreneurs and startups with high-growth potential
- To work collaboratively and closely with business support providers and public institutions to offer a comprehensive business support service to the park businesses
- To collate, maintain and disseminate information pertaining to the innovation landscape, investors, funding opportunities, venture capital and business angels
- To initiate and maintain effective relationships with the park businesses and the BUE stakeholders to provide them with appropriate support information and pave the way for potential collaborations
- To assist in defining capacity building programmes for the park businesses and potential entrepreneurs in areas related to entrepreneurship, business development and innovation management.
- To develop innovative strategies to promote the science park and support its outreach in national/international events
- To participate in implementing the science park strategy and provide advice/recommendations to the steering committee on business retention and expansion.
Qualifications - A university degree in a relevant field -Five to Eight years of experience in a relevant position - Experience in business incubation and startup support is a must. Good knowledge of project management, monitoring and evaluation, and Egypts entrepreneurship eco-system. Experience in marketing and business development is a plus.
