Description - Develop, Enhance and Maintain Business applications as per the need of company.
- Implement In-house developed and Third Party applications.
- Train users on applications.
- Prepare user manuals and Technical manuals of In-house developed applications.
- Maintain user privileges on applications.
- Ensure appropriate & agreed level of security on all systems.
- Provide End User Support on the use of IT Equipment & Software to assist and educated users for the efficient use of IT products.
- Perform standard preventive maintenance on IT Equipment and Services.
- Ensure that IT incidents & requests are responded to and resolved within acceptable time limit.
- Keep abreast of new developments in IT Technologies.
- Any other relevant IT Services as designated by Superiors.
Qualifications - University Degree in IT. - 3 to 5 years experience in IT. - Application programming experience using SAP.
