Description Assists the Customer & Shopper Marketing Manager in the Sales and Marketing Planning.
Execute The Marketing Plan by Area and Segment (trade offerings, trade terms or contract, discounts and programs).
Communicate on-ground activation of all marketing activities plan OTIF with Sales team ensuring budget optimization at Customer and Shopper levels. (Including promotions and trade programs).
Participate in the visibility guidelines execution and KPIs (display location, planogram, MSL and Merchandizing) in line with the Brand Manual.
Execute the required surveys.
Activate all POSM in quality and set lead time.
Manage the GT Merchandisers Team.

Visibility report
Stock Report
competition analysis report
Qualifications Bachelors Degree Preferably (Business, Accounting- Commercial). Minimum of 2 years business experience in sales or marketing. Strong team work skills and orientation. Excellent verbal and written communications. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, syndicated data and able to manage a team. Process oriented, focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks. Attention to details Working under pressure Committed with the deadlines
