Description - Managing operations communication with other departments - Building relationship with suppliers and agencies - Managing the overall work order. - Work with advertising agencies with day-to-day support and execution of creative deliverable (giveaways, catalogs, brochures, flyers, signage, roll-ups, letterheads, business cards, products labels...etc - Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt - Organize exhibitions and plan events. - Organizing photography and video for all projects, events, and exhibitions. - Writing reports and analyzing data.
Qualifications - (1-2) years of experience sales rep or corporate deals. - Retail experience is a must - High communication and presentation skills. - Representative - Flexible to adapt quickly to short tasks - Motivated to integrate a dynamic team - Self-Organized with Task Management skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). - Proven ability to work collaboratively with others. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Must be very organized. - Excellent Business writing skills.
