OSS engineer vacancy required at Huawei technologies
Job description:
Support Huawei mobiles operator’s customers on Middle East, North and South
Africa.
Responsible for monitoring the service requests from the customer.
Responsible for providing effective solution to the customers.
Provide remote technical support services for customers and remote delivery
Responsible for collecting information remotely within customer network
Communicate with 3rd level support (R&D) to solve the problems within OLA
