Description - Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
 - Full experience on ISO 9001 process in terms of certification , audit, and process creation and documentation
 - Devise and review specifications for products or processes
 - Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
 - Supervise technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
 - Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
 - Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
 - Drive continuous improvement in the quality programs
 - Assure internal specification and governmental regulatory compliance
 - Lead preparation and follow up for all internal or external quality audits
 - Review and evaluate Consumer Complaints. Provide investigation support to Corporate.
 - Own a Safety Key Element
 - Define, implement and manage tactical and strategic QA plans and initiatives to include processes, tools, artifacts and skills.
 - Conduct market research to determine leading QA agile practices and technology and integrate "best practices" into the environment.
 - Collaborate with project teams working on strategic initiatives as appropriate for the project (e.g. Project Management, Business Analyst, service enhancement etc.) to implement and evolve efficient quality-focused processes.
 - Continually enhance own skills and build knowledge in all aspects of the organization, the business and information systems.
 - Work with the Application Development and IT Operations teams to provide technical leadership in the definition, development and maintenance of the testing environments.
 - Review services, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made

Qualifications - Proven experience as quality manager - Conscientious and responsible - A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach - Outstanding communication skills - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards - Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods - BSc/ Ba in business administration or relevant field - Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 , six sigma black belt etc.) - Auditing experience is a plus - 5+ years quality management experience - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Strong knowledge of calibration and ability to read blue prints - Impeccable communication, presentation and organizational skills
