Description This position provides administrative support for the Kid Hub center, by answering calls, data entry and kids registrations.
*Responding to inquiries made in person, by phone or by mail and make appropriate referrals both within and outside the kids center.
*Communicate with clients, children and staff on daily basis regarding program information, registration, billing, etc.
Qualifications Minimum of 6 month of related experience. *Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel,PowerPoint) *Knowledge of office equipment e.g. photocopier, fax machine. *Strong attention to details *Knowledge of child care setting.
