Description 1. Oversee demand planning and management processes for new and existing products.
2. Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
3. Provide support in developing seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customers reactions to the promotions and discounts
4. Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
5. Work with customers, sales team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.
6. Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands
7. Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
8. Update customers and sales team about product availabilities.
9. Maintain inventory levels based on future customer demands.
10. Address demand related queries and issues in a timely manner.
11. Schedule monthly forecast meetings with all customers as required
12. Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.
13. Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy
14. Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans.
15. Adhere to company rules and regulations.
Qualifications 1. 3-5 years of Experience preferred in the same industry 2. Preferable B.Sc. in Engineering Field. 3. Excellent English language level 4. High communication & presentations skills 5. Active and can handle pressure
