Description - Configure and customize ERP system modules.
- Provide assistance for all data migration activities.
- Setup and configure the ERP modules.
- Grant the Security role & permission for every department to access suitable Module & controls
- Customize ERP Security role & policy according to business requirements.
- Setup the modules workflow.
- Test system performance. (usability, maintainability, reliability, stress and load)
- Technical support and troubleshooting any system issues.
- Provide training to all employees on features and benefits of ERP System.
- Monitor all interface, reporting, modification and security strategies.
- Obtain HODs requirements needed for the running business.
- Customize any required reports on ERP System.
- Enhance the application of the system features and tools.
- Conduct testing phase before live application.
- Document of the setup, workflow, configuration and customization on system.
- Search and study all system updates to be aware of all new features and tools.
- Assist in applications customization to fulfil the business needs.
- Generate and update technical and business documentations.
- Providing daily progress reports.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting or any relevant field Windows Operating System (installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting) Knowledge of ERP System Business application awareness
