Main Tasks:
- Creating pool of candidates through job posting using different recruitment resources (internal – external).
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, paid and unpaid methods.
- Screen candidates by resumes and phone call.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and deadline

Requirements:
HR certificate will be preferred
Previous experience in mass hiring, recruitment agencies, sourcing team
Experience from 1-3 years.
