Description - You will own, operate, and grow the social media function, scaling the operations and impact of our social media accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Strategize, define and execute customers social media plans. Including number and type of posts, frequency, creative ideas, and channels progress
- You will work cross-functionally with other team members to grow engagements of posts, videos, and more to engage with each of our audiences.
- You will also develop strategies for KPIs and engagements and measure the impact of these strategies.
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Assess quarterly social media trends - making and acting upon recommendations to leverage learning
- Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients industries.
- Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with our clients keyword and SEO strategies.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Develop and improve processes for continuously sourcing thought leadership material for each platform and audience
- You will be responsible for introducing and accordingly develop digital strategies for new products.
Qualifications - 6+ of experience in the social media industry - You must have a strong understanding of best practices across all social media platforms. - Have a track record of successfully executed Social Media Campaigns - Know how to set and implement strategies to grow fan base and customer acquisition - Experienced in setting budgets and calculating ROI - Know how to generate creative ideas, take initiatives and lead upon them - Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Social Bakers, Raven Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). - Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram. - Able to deliver weekly / monthly performance reports - Strong presentation skills and research skills - Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in Arabic & English.
