Description Responsible for securing the best price for all purchases without jeopardizing quality and time. Achieving the department & company targets for cost saving & cost avoidance. Ensure transparent competition among available and potential suppliers. Responsible for generating and submitting purchase orders in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Maintain a large database of vendors and contacts within the industry. Coordinate deliveries and shipments of all supplies. Maintain all purchasing documents and reports. Prepare & submit the necessary data required for purchasing reports. Co-ordinate with plant manager and plant team the purchasing priorities to ensure the plant operation. Liaising with finance department the payment and transactions day by day. Track orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Engineering / Commerce or any related field. - 6 to 9 years of experience in the industrial field / purchasing activities. - High negotiation and communication skills. - Good computer skills. - Good knowledge with ERP systems.
