Description Achieving sales targets.
Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall companys target.
Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.
Generate leads from different channels.
Ability to follow up with the clients
Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company.
Close the deal with the client
Qualifications Bachelors degree. Experience 3+ years in Real Estate is a MUST. High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target. Excellent Interpersonal skills. Good communication & presentations skills.
