- Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through supplying services before and after the sale and giving technical advice and carry out inspection, installation, training and maintenance and repair efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications - Electrical, Communication, Mechatronics - 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance of Digital copiers.
