Summary:
The U.S. Mission in Cairo/Egypt is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for position of Budget Analyst / Administrative Assistant in the Foreign Agricultural Service
The work schedule for this position is: Full Time 40 hours per week.

Duties
Performs complicated budget and fiscal analyses; carries out administrative and office duties which require in-depth knowledge of the budget and fiscal procedures and Foreign Agricultural Service and Embassy regulations and guidelines; executes administrative operations, secretarial practices and procedures of the office supported by contracted services; and coordinates the daily office activities of clerk/driver.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years prior work experience with budget and fiscal analysis and office administration is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge to plan and execute a budget and financial plan is a must.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required in fields of accounting, business administration, management.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE:
Level 4 ((Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing of English is required. This will be tested.
Level 4 (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing of Arabic is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to work well in an office environment and with visitors and outside business contacts
Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, as well as use of web-based applications.
