Description - Process companys payroll every pay period.
- Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Compute employee pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.
- Answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Receive and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
- Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
- Handle employees attendance record & providing a monthly report for attendance records and annual leaves balance to be sent to HR Manager.
- Keep record and update all Employees Leaves & vacations files.
- Prepare and send the overtime to HR Manager and Financial Department each month.
- Responsible for all employees files and records (contracts, social insurance, performance evaluation, personnel memos, etc)
- Coordinate the liaison between the Company and related governmental organizations like Ministry of Manpower, Social Insurance authority.
- Create & maintain HR data base (contains all employee records in files and all info.)
- Implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
- Assure that the medical insurance policy is implemented correctly.
- Assist the research for training providers reference to the annual training plan to fit the Company departments specific requirements.
Qualifications Proven work experience not less than 3 years as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist. Solid understanding of labor law and payroll process. Familiarity with full cycle recruiting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving abilities. Team management skills.
