HR Specialist For Sinai University


Required for immediate Hiring, “HR Specialist “ at Sinai University 
Location: Maadi, Cairo
Job Duties : 
*Implements SU recruiting strategy
*Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer.
*Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
*Screen candidates resumes and job applications
*Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
*Assists in developing short and long range staffing plans to meet forecasted mission requirements, human capital losses and changes in critical competencies.
*Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
*Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs
*Performs job evaluations and job analyses
*Assists with processing employee grievances
*Coordinates and resolves various issues with bank Staff Accounts
*Prepares or updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
*Explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
*Ensures new hire paperwork is completed and processed
*Assisting with completing background investigations
*Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys
*Assist in preparing government reports as to remain in compliance
Qualifications :
Solid Personnel Background
Experience needed : 3- 4 Years of related work experience
Excellent Communication Skills.
Fluent English.
Human Resources Diploma.
Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in OD.
