Description 1-Receives, stores, and issues supplies
2-Makes sure that stores always organized & in good shape.
3-Ensures all material received is undamaged, the correct quantity and accompanied by correct release documentation.
4-Maintains proper system for the items log.
5-Fills the store requisition and keeps tracking for the issuing
Records the movements of inventories on the ERP system.
6-Issues periodic inventory reports.
7-Complies with all internal/external audit requirements
8-Responsible for managing the timely receipt of material/items at stores/stockyard, ensuring proper storage, issuing and delivery system at the construction site along with maintaining inventory through the computer system.
9-Posses sound knowledge of store keeping operation, should be able to monitor and maintain safe and quality working practices.
Qualifications *Bachelor degree from a well-known university. *3-5 hands-on experience in the same field. *Excellent MS excel. *Food & Beverage experience is a Plus. *Familiar to ERP system.
