Description 1-Supervises the activities of workers engaged in receiving.
2-Storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.
3-Plans, develops, or implements warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
4-Inspects physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
5-Responds to customers or shippers questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
6-Develops and documents standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materials.
7-Reviews invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
8-Monitors inventory levels of products or materials in warehouses.
9-Tracks and traces goods while they are en route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessary.
10-Monitors the Warehouse teams Performance standards & guides them to achieve their KPIs.
11-Participates in setting transportation and service rates - Follow up stocks movement on ERP System.
12-Monitors all the Warehouse transactions on ERP System.
Qualifications *7-9 years hands-on experience in FMGC field (preferably with Food companies). *Excellent communication & Negotiation skills. *Strong information/data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner. *Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines. *Professional user of Microsoft Office Package. *Knowledge of ERP System is an asset (Preferred Microsoft Dynamics - Axapta).
