Description - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
 - Reach new potential customers
 - Manage key accounts
 - Act as a point of contact for clients
 - Set up meetings and conduct sales visits to potential clients to promote BIC services
 - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on BIC services
 - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences and events
 - Create, Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
 - Handle complaints, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
 - Collaborate with team to achieve better results
 - Supervise sales account representatives
 - Ensure budget and time requirements are met
 - Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
 - Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
 - Create frequent sales reviews and reports to monitor performance analytics

Qualifications · Bachelors Degree · Excellent Communication skills (oral & written English) · 5-7 Years of Experience · Work under pressure · Previous experience in Sales of online services is preferable
