Job Responsibilities in brief :_
• Post customer payments by recording cash and checks.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices and preparing aging report.
• Update financial data in database to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Posting and monitoring cash payments and cash receipt.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Posting all daily banks transactions.
• Assist in trial balance analyzing and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience in tax laws
