Position: Customer Relations Officer
Reporting to: Customer Relations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
•Hold a full grip of all training programs & services to cover customers inquiries.
•Administrate hosted events (trainings, room rentals, etc.). This includes guests welcoming and registration, trainers’ requirements, venue facilities.
•Act as the point of contact with customers; Check, reply and update all communication channels (WhatsApp, FB, Mails, Calls..)
•Organize and schedule appointments, events and logistics.
•Prepare, collect and monitor invoices.
•Plan and order office supplies.
•Submit expenses reports.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree (Preferred).
•Proven experience in any related field (1-year minimum).
•MS Office Professional.
•Very Good Command of English (Written & Verbal).
•Flexible & Cheerful!
•A Team Player.
•Good communication& time management Skills
Job Conditions :
• Working hours: 2 to 10 pm, 5 days a week
