#Grant hashtag#Thornton hashtag#Egypt is currently hiring: hashtag#IT hashtag#Help_Desk Education: Bachelor Degree in computer Science or relevant education Experience & Skills: • 0-2 years of experience in IT support function preferably in Service Companies • Good Knowledge in Network • Good knowledge in Computer Hardware and software • Microsoft windows operating system, MS office Job Responsibilities: • Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email. • Configuring Network (wired and wireless) Connections Server Hardware and Software • Installing and configuring computer operating systems, Printers, Scanners and applications. • Configuring, and monitoring the following network devices: (Fertigate, Cisco switches, Cisco wireless controller and access points, • Perform Data backup and security policies • Installing , configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. • Troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults.
