General Motors Egypt is hiring a “Maintenance Supervisor” Accountabilities: • Manage work shop to be sure that all maintenance operators working according to standard MTS/TIS • Follow up and tracking shop work orders (PM – CM and EM) • Empower employees to continuously improve work by establishing high expectations and by eliminating and managing barriers to productivity • Manage all training activities, evaluate outcomes, and adjust training approach as necessary • Enhance effective Job rotation & development opportunities. based on flexibility and versatility chart • Evaluate hourly employees through formal performance reviews • Ensure continuous improvement of maintenance KPIs metrics and encourage standardization of maintenance activities • Reduce facility waste by encouraging employees to identify and improve value-added tasks while eliminating non-value-added tasks • Evaluate budgets and provide input to improve efficiency and surpass goals Requirements: • Bachelor of Electric or Electromechanical Engineering • Working in MFG for minimum 7 years experience in similar field To apply send your resume to apply.gmegypt@gm.com with subject line: Maintenance Supervisor
