OD Specialist For Union Group

Union Group is hiring " OD Specialist": Job description: - Responsible for implementing all the OD and Learning initiatives for all business units / Departments in accord with the company plans and objectives. - Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee. - Support specific performance improvement initiatives, eg through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and 360-degree feedback process. -Support in the development and deployment of programs including training needs analysis, vendor selection, design and development workshops.
