• Make Collection calls for overdue installments for collection and report calls productivity on a weekly basis.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone & meetings.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Report in a timely manner overdue installments collection status
Job Requirements:
• Proven customer support experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
