HR Generalist At EMDAD For Designs & Consultancies

We are looking for an HR Generalist for a reputable company in Maadi, Job duties: -Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes. -Administer compensation and benefit plans. -Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. -Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. -Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. -Undertake tasks around performance management Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Job Requirements: -Exp from 3-5 years. -K.S.A background is a must (1 year at least). -Proven experience as an HR Generalist. -Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. -Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. -Good knowledge of employment/labor laws both Saudi and Egyptian. -Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
