CompuMe Company is looking for: Technical support (pc klinic) in branches. ( Fresh graduates are welcomed - A+ /N+ preferred - Knowledge in Software maintenance of Laptop & PC ) Job description • Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end. • Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team. • Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements • Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements • Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc.) • Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects.
