Junior Accountant For Nile Radio Productions

Looking for Junior Accountant (Inside EGYPT) 1- Ensure the implementation of corporate policies and procedures are in place for all financial cycles. 2- Release the invoices to the agencies and direct customers according to the media plan. 3- Post all invoices into the accounting system. 4- Prepare the AR ledger by agency & direct clients 5- Prepare the aging reports to monitor the bad clients. 6- Prepare the sales analysis on a monthly basis 7- Responsible for cash on hand and to secure the safe that on his custody Job Qualifications 1- University degree faculty of commerce (accounting section). 2- 1-3 years in book keeping and accounting or two years in similar position. 3- Creative, hard worker and work under pressure. 7- Good English. 8- Preferably preparing CMA/CFM or equivalent. Job requirements: · Presentation skills. · Pleasant personality. · Ability to ease customer tension and frustration. · Team player. · Flexibility regarding working hours. · Strong computer literacy, especially using Microsoft Office products, specially Excel, Outlook.
