Talent Acquisition Specialist For LAMAR

LAMAR is hiring "Talent Acquisition Specialist" Job Responsibilities: • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment. • Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions. • Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies. • Prepare job offer materials. • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues. • Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training. • Gathers and collects relevant job descriptions and positions specifications for recruiting and evaluating potential candidates. • Conducting exit interviews prepares exit reports and turnover rates. • Contribute in establishing the Company’s competency frame work for all positions. - Job Requirements: •Education: B.Sc. degree. •Experience: Min. of 1 year of experience in Recruitment. Having exp. in recruiting blue collars would be a plus. •Languages: Very Good command of English.
