
OPPO Egypt is hiring a Store Manager (6th October, Giza)
Responsibilities:
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
-Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
-Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree
* Age: 25-35
* Exp: 2 years at least as a Store Manager
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Excellent leadership skills
* A Very good command of English
* MS Office skills
