Job Title: IT Support Officer
Department: IT.
Location: 6, October.
Reports to: IT Executive.
Job Purpose:
Manage the IT Service Desk and be the first line of contact for all IT Support. Installation of LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems. Preserving the work flow through supervising, analyzing, problem solving, and avoiding the reoccurrence of those problems. Ensuring the servers work. Besides, making sure of the safety of the company's system and facilitating reaching the system of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator).
- Excellent English language.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Strong Knowledge of Network
- Self-motivated, independent and analytical thinking.
