Quality Management Mobile Engineer
(Failure Analysis Engineer)
1-Fault analysis and detection of smartphones
2-Timely response and handling of customer feedback sample quality issues, understanding of undesirable phenomena and preliminary cause analysis, on-site analytical testing and data collection
3-Analysis of failure PCBA and software
4-Handling customer complaints
5-Participate in problem improvement, verification plan and follow-up confirmation improvement effect
Requirements:
Electronic major, university degree or above
2 years of work experience with FA Factory or electronic analysis Engineer
Males only
Understand how mobile phones work, function, structure, and be proficient in using smartphones
Can understand the circuit schematic
Good spoken and written English
Skilled in using electronic measuring equipment, electronic welding, hot air gun
Salary :4000 L.E
Work place: Cairo – Ramies - Downtown
