Architecture design
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
• Undertaking Architecture design from concept to completion
• Using Auto Cad to generate detailed 2D drawings, including architectural plans, electrical plans, sanitary plans, reflected ceiling & interior elevations
• Creating renders using 3D MAX
• Mood-boards
• Following up with the clients
• Visiting site during construction phase to ensure proper design implementation & deal with any arising challenges
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• Experience not less than 5 years in residential/commercial projects
• Good communication skills.
• Professional with 3Ds Max, Auto Cad, Photoshop.
• Creativity is must. Proven commitment to high quality execution with set time frame
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Enthusiastic, hard-working & self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to details with a keen eye for aesthetics is essential
• Ability to produce shop drawings & renders
• Fluent in written & spoken English
